Etiology

Unknown.
May represent complete maturation of neuroblastoma or ganglioneuroblastoma.
Pathogenesis

Proliferation of Schwann cells and ganglion cells,
Epidemiology

Rare.
Asymptomatic
Occasionally associated with hypertension or diarrhea with hypokalemia
General Gross Description

Well circumscribed tan soft neoplasm.

General Microscopic Description

Mixture of ganglion cells and Schwann cells.
•Examples:
Clinical Correlation

Cured by surgical extirpation.
