Predominantly post-menopausal women
May be associated with underlying adenocarcinoma (<15%)
General Gross Description

Red, crusting, itchy lesion
•Examples:
General Microscopic Description

Malignant cells individually infiltrate the squamous mucosa or in small nests
Nuclei have large nucleolus and are hyperchromatic
Cytoplasm contains mucin
•Examples:
Pagets Disease of Vulva (20X) Pagets Disease (10X) Pagets Disease (20X) Pagets Disease (40X) Pagets Disease (40X) Pagets Disease of Vulva (40X)
Clinical Correlation

Treatment is usually surgical with an effort to clear the margins
